Autopsy Photos. No Foul Play In Michael Jackson Death, As Police Seek Doctor

Doctors have ruled foul play or external trauma out in the death of Michael Jackson, who died on Thursday (June 25) at the age of 50. A three-hour autopsy was completed yesterday (June 26) on the singer’s body, but the cause of death has been deferred while doctors await the results of further tests. The Los Angeles Coroner’s Office said toxicology tests could take 6-8 weeks. Police have put a security hold on Jackson’s case, which means there is now a limit on the amount and detail of the information that can be release. ‘Drug use’ Jackson’s body has been given to his family, but there are growing fears over the star’s alleged dependency on painkilling drugs.

Police in Los Angeles are keen to interview Jackson’s doctor, who was present when the singer suffered a suspected cardiac arrest at his home in Los Angeles on Thursday. This morning (June 27) there are reports that the doctor, Conrad Murray, is now in contact with police. His car was impounded from outside Jackson’s home in Holmby Hills – where is also thought to have been living – on Thursday. ‘Deady cocktail’ Meanwhile, today’s Sun newspaper claims Jackson was addicted to a “deadly cocktail” of prescription drugs.

Dont Stop Lyrics. Michael Jackson: A Biography

As we mourn the loss of the true King of Pop, we thought we’d reflect on the 50 year old’s life. Michael Jackson was born in Gary, Indiana on August 29, 1958 and by 1969 he was already a star as the youngest member of the Jackson 5 – a group formed by his father Joe Jackson featuring four of his older brothers. In 1970, the band released a string of hits, including ‘I Want You Back’, ‘ABC’, ‘I’ll Be There’ and ‘The Love You Save’ and cemented their place at the forefront of then modern soul music.

It also made them the first group ever to have their first four singles top the charts. As the band progressed, they signed to Epic, became The Jacksons (without Jermaine) and had a string of disco hits including ‘Blame It On The Boogie’ and ‘Can You Feel It?’, but in the meantime Jackson had a string of solo hits including ‘Ben’ and a cover of Bobby Day’s ‘Rockin’ Robin’. In 1979, after starring in The Wiz (an all-black retelling of The Wizard Of Oz) with Diana Ross, he teamed up with producer Quincy Jones, who he met on set and recorded ‘Off The Wall’, which included the hits ‘Don’t Stop Til You Get Enough’ and ‘Rock With You’. It was in 1982, however, that his biggest success took the world by storm.

When Ludo Lefebvre (Ludo Bites) and Rick Bayless (Frontera Grill) both plan to make a quesadilla as their main dish,

Tonight on “Top Chef Masters”, the latest round of contestants are forced to pay tribute to a classic season 2 “Top Chef” Quickfire where the master chefs must create a dish using one single color. It, of course, also has to be delicious! The elimination challenge evidently involves more exotic foods like animal stomachs, so it is definitely going to be tough. When Ludo Lefebvre (Ludo Bites) and Rick Bayless (Frontera Grill) both plan to make a quesadilla as their main dish, the chefs start to worry that the overlap might jeopardize their chances of winning.

Will the two go head-to-head over quesadillas? And who of the 4 expert chefs will come out on top to advance to the finals? I can’t answer those questions. We’ll just have to tune in to “Top Chef Masters” Wednesday night at 10/9c to see how it all turns out.

Transformers Review. Review: ‘Transformers’ is a pure sensory event

There is a semblance of a plot. Shia LaBeouf and Megan Fox return as Sam and Mikaela, whose romantic pairing is again the most suspension-of-disbelief-straining element in a film about giant alien robot warriors that live among us disguised as General Motors vehicles. Caught in the midst of battles between nasty Decepticons and human-friendly Autobots, the kids race from California to the Mideast looking for the sun’s “off” switch, installed long ago by extraterrestrial bad guys. But combing through this audiovisual blitzkrieg for logic, substance and character is like looking for the poetic subtext of a monster-truck rally.

The film exists as a pure sensory event, a pummeling, thrilling, bewildering, demented exercise in computer-generated shock and awe. Director Michael Bay sprays visceral thrills at us with a fire hose. Aircraft carriers are torn in two. Tanks are scattered like bowling pins.

Finals Game Live. And he’s the kind of player that looks to do the little things, or as he put it, connect the dots.

OAKLAND–If Austin Daye is available for the Kings to select with the 23rd pick, someone might have lied to him. He’d like a guarantee from a team that it would select him. Daye said he’s heard he’ll fall between 9-17. The lanky small forward from Gonzaga hasn’t hired an agent. Daye said he’s “pretty dedicated to staying in” the draft with this caveat.

“I really don’t want to fall into the 20s,” Daye said after his workout Tuesday at the Golden State Warriors practice facility. “If that happens I’m probably going to go back to school, if that’s what they’re saying.” Daye spent two seasons at Gonzaga. At 6-10, 192 pounds, Daye sees himself creating matchup problems as a small forward or even a power forward like Rashard Lewis. Daye just doesn’t want to wait to be selected after the top-20 picks to show he can do that, even if it might mean going to a better team.

Clique Movie. Rolly: GOP disinvites would

Like a moth to a flame, Utah Republican Party officials can’t seem to help themselves when it comes to dealing with dissenters. They’ll call the cops, attract a good deal of unwanted publicity and, in the end, get burned once again. Newly elected Salt Lake County Republican Chairman Thomas Wright has sent an e-mail to his executive committee members letting them know that long-time party dissident Mike Ridgway and his wife, Bobbi, are not welcome at the next meeting.

If they show up, the police will be called. That triggered this e-mail response from Ridgway: “Thomas, you are a small-minded tyrannical punk (does that violate Ronald Reagan’s rule about Republicans speaking ill of each other?)” This is becoming a Utah version of the movie “Groundhog Day.” Ridgway is told to stay away.

Death Thai Newspaper. Shocking David Carradine Hanging Photo Online

The Thai language newspaper censored most of the body, but still revealing explicit details of the death scene. The newspaper ran the picture on its front page and a larger version inside the paper. With coroners awaiting results of toxicology tests, Thai media pointed to suicide or accidental as possible causes of death. Some reports have said a cord was wrapped around Carradine’s genitals and others that his hands were bound behind his back. None could be confirmed.

In Bangkok, police said it could take several weeks for coroners to confirm exactly how Carradine died. “What we’re doing right now is interviewing more witnesses,” Police Colonel Somprasong Yentuam told Reuters. Thai television said Carradine’s body was flown back to Los Angeles early Saturday, which Geragos confirmed.
